When I re-did all my fuel lines I used mini screw type clamps and noticed after a few engine heat cycles I had to tighten them all down again as they began to leak. You will note the factory hoses always use a spring type clamp that will always keep a constant pressure on the hose (as long as hose is still pliable.) I feel these spring clamps are best, especially in areas you can't get to to re-tighten once assembled. Anyone else?

good thought blue TII. i think i might hold off on this then cause what you are saying is correct. the only thing is, the spring clamps get weak after you clamp them open several times.
