what should i offer for a 91 coupe

OK..

I've been looking for a FC.. can't really find a Turbo so I looking into a N/A

This will be a second daily driver / track / drift car

I've been seeing some S5 convert for as low as $2000. I be great to build up a vert but for Track / drift. I think I'll kill myself.

to the main point.

a long time friend have a 91 coupe black 5spd. with 190k miles with tokico shocks RB springs and RB mufflers. What should I offer him to make him wanting to sell it. This isn't his daily driver anyways. Kicker is that I've seen this car since day one from the dealer ship. No accident and dealer maintained.. $1500 ? $2000?
