What should I do?
Well, insurance totalled my car. They gave me two options:
1. Keep car, receive $2000 check, fix everything and buy some nice rims.
2. Give them car, they cut me a $2500 check, and I buy a Series5 GXL/GTU (Maybe TurboII with some more money).
Just want to know what everyone would do?

For $500 keep it, if you have room to store it. If its in really bad shape part it out and you can make over $500 easy im sure... unless it tumbled off a cliff or somthing.

My wifes car was totalled by the ins company with a similar offer by them. I took them up on it. I went to the wrecking yard, got a right front fender for forty bucks(same color) and a front bumper assy(same color) for like fifty bucks. There was no suspension damage. Put the parts on myself(front bumpers are not fun, but not that hard to do). Money in the bank.

From what i hear its has unibody damage and will never drive the same so the fixer upper is out. I dont think you have the time or space to store it for any lenght of time so there goes parting it out. Just get the cash and dash man. I hate to say it but at least it will be one more good car at pick and pull for me to get parts offf of Get the s5 for real you will thank me later.
