I am leaking coolant from these two parts I can't tell what they are. Ones this cylinder like thing thats connected to two wires and some metal tubes and the other are just some metal tubes right infront of the oil cooler. What are they and why are they leaking coolant?

I suggest cleaning that entire area off first then let the car run and see exactly where the 'leaks' are coming from. That line up there is powersteering, however it seems you still have the ac components intact, so thats also a possible leak (though if it is im sure the systems holding no pressure). But if you are leaking coolant, then the ONLY thing in that area is the radiator, which since it has plastic endtanks and they 'could' be cracked.

The radiator isn't leaking so I'm gonna have to go with power steering since I did just fill it and since I filled it it began to leak. I will clean the whole area though and see what it is exactly.

If it turns out to be a leak in the cooling loop line, be warned: Mazda used 2 types of loops on the FC, one style is a solid loop, just a simple in and out from the rack. The other style is what you currently have, the line loops, but for some reason mazda decided there needed to be a high pressure hose and two flared fittings added to the system.
