Oil pressure gauge is one of two things. First, the wire that goes to the sender may have popped off. The sender is just below the oil filter, and looks like a mushroom growing out of the engine. The wire clips onto the top of it.
The other thing is there's a small black "box" (small as in 1"x1") that attaches to one of the slave cylinder bolts. The box actually a ground for the oil pressure gauge - if this is disconnected, you'll have flaky oil pressure readings. Just follow along the wiring harness over in that area and you should find it dangling. Remove the lower 12mm bolt holding the slave in, put the bolt through the hole on the box ground, and reattach.
As far as the stereo, I'd check fuses.
