What is missing?

Ok I got a t2 block I took out of a car I'm using for parts and I'm outing the primary injectors in but there is about a 1" 1/2 gap between where the rail bolts to the keg

Theres a little plastic spacer that goes between the rail and block i think. That wouldnt fill in a 1" gap though.

I will try and post a pic of the gap there is that thick rubber washer on the bottom of the injectors does that need to be there

Injectors have spacer grommets to raise them up on the diffuser in the holes of the Keg.
Also there is a small plastic spacer to go in between the keg and the Primary rail.
