is this what i need

does this include the water pump gaskets and the front and rear main seals and the water seals

basically everything i need to rebuild excluding hard seals

I would suggest going to your local mazda dealer. They have diagrams and can get you factory parts. I can't follow your link but if you putting your waterpump and housing back on---I used some stuff call "HONDA BOND" and the factory waterpump gasket. Honda bond is kinda like rtv stuff. Works really well.

get this kit and then order the oil seals from atkins(get them on their e-bay store)
and let them now that you heard of them in the rx7forum)by the way today i got the oil sender.i will ship your MAF tomorrow,I have not be able to go out cause im still sick

Any complete engine gasket set will come with all the gaskets you need to assemble the engine. It's best to order a complete set if this is your first rebuild. Any of the vendors sell them, as well as all the Mazda dealers.

You'll find the Engine and Chassis parts catalog in the FAQ, from which you can get the Mazda part number for the rebuild kit.
