what is a good oil pressure to run?

i just got my factory oil pressure gauge to work and i have never owned a rex before. so can anyone tell me what a ood oil pressure is when it is cold at idle, warm at idle, and what should be a good running pressure for daily driving? i am driving an 87 turbo II
