what fuel pressure should I expect?

well, when installing my new motor, I decided it would be a good idea to change the fuel hoses under the UIM. so, I went to the store, and got some "fuel hose" good to 250psi. I figure that should be fine.

now, the car has been run probably a total of like 35 minutes, and the hoses are all expanded and mushy.
is there really that much pressure? or what's wrong?

where can I get some good fuel hose, for not too much $$, that will work good? I don't need like steel braded or anything. just normal fuel hose.

and all the other hose I saw at the store like checker and what not said "not for fuel injection engines" or something.

well the stock fuel pump is supposed to output around 92 psi, therefore u should not have more than that at the front either

and its regulated to about 50psi (but I am not sure)
