3" split to two 3" outputs???

Probably a bit extream, and you might have trouble keeping exhaust volicity with dual 3" out.

its not for a 13b... and most exhausts that i can find a size for are either 2.5 or 2.25. just wondering if there are in fact any bigger exhaust systems for the FC.

Well if you have a real need for dual 3 inch, you should be able to build your own exhaust...

You're going to have to build that one or find someone that can for you.

Just for info sake, a "perfect" flowing 3" pipe will flow right around 865 cfm at 28" H2O pressure. In naturally aspirated form that is good for around 570 hp or so on a piston engine but due to the rotaries efficiency differences still good to around 460 hp or so. Remember this isn't with a turbo. It is naturally aspirated. Having one pipe of 3" splitting into 2 isn't a flow advantage after the split. Even dual 2.25" pipes after the Y will still outflow the single 3" before it.

Are you trying to do a true dual 3" for a V8 conversion? Why do you need a dual 3"?
