What else is green?????? My fc3s build!!!!!!!!!
Hey guys, i've had my car for about 2 years now, and for the past year it has been undergoing a transformation...let me begin (some pictures will follow).
I purchased my car from a good friend of mine about 2 years ago, and it's been an experience from then.. I got the car with a set of drag radials that i had to return, and a set of evo 4 rims, but soon thereafter i switched those out for a pair of work equip's 17x8, 17x9....235, 255.
It was white then, and it was slightly, verrrryyyyy slightly abused....if that makes sense. I liked it, beat a few fast cars

The latter video was like 2 weeks after i got the car. It originally had a extended top mount intercooler, 660, 900, power fc, hks exhaust, ngk 10.5, streetport. The car originally ran good, but not fast...i know this was a stupid move, but what i did was download a fuel map i found online(had no datalogit, so i had to input every change with the commander....<-------i hate having to relive this moment, so i will move on). It also came with a knightsports hybrid turbo. I changed that out for a teeny front mount intercooler, sc6165bb, hks cast, 2.5 piping, himni racing 3 inch dp. It was a pleasing moment, as i came to the realization that i hadn't slept for 2 days while i was doing all of this....
The whole time i had this setup on my car, it had never seen past 8lbs.....im not lying, let me explain...
When i had first done this, i had a bad experience that lead to this. While i was out "tuning", my crappy vacuum line going to the wastegate had burned off while i was cruising, and when i did a quick 2nd and 3rd gear pull, i got the surprise of my life when the car broke traction straight through second and most of third...i mean like plumes of tire smoke....when i picked my jaw up out of my lap, i looked at my commander and saw that i had hit the boost cut of 1.25 bar. OK no more boosting until i get it fixed. Got it replaced with a braided line from compressor to wastegate with no connection in between for my boost controller. And thus the 9lbs of boost..moving on.
The new pictures are of the car after paint, and it's not totally finished. The engine was rebuilt and halfbridge port was added, along with exhaust porting. Brand new apex seals, gaskets, and seals. Fuel will be 660, 1680, parallel rails, swirl pot, not sure of pump yet. Fully divided manifold, bw s372, 4 inch dp - 3.5 exhaust, no cat, no resonator.....should be pretty quiet. The car came with ohlins coilovers, cusco front and rear, upper and lower bars and cusco 2 way diff. The reason why i only have the front rims on the car is because i only have the front rims...still waiting on the rear rims from japan. The fronts are 17x9 +35, and the rears will be 18x10 +18.
My hands hurt, i'll post the rest later and take some better photos of the whole car tmrw. But enjoy the shitty pics first and let me know what u think.

well i like the color, and i had just finished cleaning it and didn't wanna just leave it bare aluminum, because it will oxidize much faster, and i would hate having to clean it again...
