What else could it be?
Okay I've owned my 87TII for about a month now and since day one I know shes had a leak in the downpipe area possibly manifold/gasket. Plus shes had a funny idle; I've been told that when you first start it - it should jump up to 2500RPM then down to 1500 then gradually down to 6-700. Just recently I discovered that my tank was leaking at the seam so I'm going to replace that soon. The car has been running great aside from the messed idle and the exhaust leak. Then about two weeks ago I had noticed that when I start it when cold she would idle low and almost want to stall when taking off in first gear, but I didn't think much of it and continued to enjoy the beast. Then one week ago I went to start it and it stalled almost immediately, so I fired it up again and it could barely hold an idle. Stumpt of course I drove it around the block and she was fine above 3000RPM but the minute I come to a stop she would die! Now it'll start but have a rough idle and when I hit the accelerator it'll sputter right up to about 3500 or so then smooth out; then back to rough idle or stall. I could really use some help here! I'm really new to the world of rotories and I'm officially boggled!

BTW I've already replaced the Fuel filter, plugs, trailling coil pack, fresh oil change, air filter. I've also checked and tested my BAC and my OMP lines look like they have oil in them, but I haven't tested the OMP because I don't know how.

O2 sensor doesn't work when cold or at WOT.

How do I test the sec. injectors? The only way I see how is to remove the upper intake manifold. Then if I do get to them, how do I close them?

Just remove the injectors and have them cleaned/blueprinted. RC Engineering can do this for nominal cost.
Oh, and to test them, pull the secondary's plugs, and start her up cold. It sounds to me like your cold-start fast-idle system just isn't working right. Uh, welcome to the world of rotary ownership A good TB cleaning can fix that.
