im tryin to build a s5 motor and im goin to buy a 90 and i want to modify it obviously and to start i thought i would do (new rotor housings, 3mm apexi seals w/ dual springs, new oil pump and chain, rotors race cleared, rotor housing cooling modifacations wich involves cutting fins in the coolant passeges in the rotor housings, oil passages enlarged two piece eccentic shaft, street ported...thats what im thinkin i want to do first. im goin to prolly run a T60.

Unless you want some serious HP....you don't need 3mm seals, or your rotors are out of spec. Also....two piece eccentric shaft???? If you're gonna step up and play a T60...you really need to start thinking about how you're gonna get fuel...Ignition....etc.

Anyway, I'm guessing you are trying to do this with an N/A block? If you want it Turbo'ed, just get a turbo. About the only reason to turbo an N/A car is if you already have one with a lot of other work done on it or you just want a challange. Either way, its much easier, and prob cheaper, to just get a Turbo and start from there. You should get the car, get it running well, and get to know the car before you start throwing parts at it. You have to be very careful when you mess with turbo rotaries or youll end up with a blown motor.
