What do I need to run 10's?

I don't think a 60-1 will produce 450hp to the wheels unless you're willing to crank up the boost over 25+ psi.  I'd be more safe with a T66 running at about 20psi.
You're still talking about $10k worth of mods just to support this kinda power and make sure nothing breaks during/after the run...
