what color should I paint my car?
What do you guys think? I was originally going to go with CYM, but now I started thinking about it, and I have a red engine... (can someone say McDonald's car?)
Then, I started thinking of a British racing green, but then again, can someone say "Merry Christmas!"
Now, I'm definitly leading towards blue.... I would like to get the 99 spec blue, but I haven't been able to find a paint code for it... If I can't find a paint code for it, I'm going to go with the Patriot Blue that Chrysler has been using lately on Jeep Cherokees and whatnot...
Any feedback? Please don't tell me to leave it red, thats not an option.

Yeah, don't follow in our footsteps, I had to disassemble the entire freaking car to do it, and I still missed a few spots (hood mounts for one)

the red engine looks good in the red car, or charcoal grey would be cool too. the paint code for 99 blue is either 2p, or 20p. 20p is whats on the car, 2p is like the touch up paint

I am not scared of a color change... it'll take time and patience, but it'll be worth it...
I want something that no one has. I think a custom colored S5 T2 with a 20B in it and a GTC front end and knightsport spoiler would do the trick
Orange... i'm hearing that. Orange and red would look like **** though. I may stay red... who knows.. I'm just researching a bit. No lime green, MERRY XMAS!

What Subscription?
Anything but a flip-flop rice chameleaon color shifting waste of time! IMHO of course. Only you can choose the color and you will most likely find something you like better later!!!

Be different... paint it Matt black!
That's what I did with my first 7 (a 79 model with the Daytona kit). At night, it looked like a shadow coming down the road.

Check out the blue on a 10th anni Miata. Im pretty sure its a version of Blue Mica, you shold definately use it. That or some kind of metallic grey color, like Anthracite.

Dont color change!!!! Although w/out doing the engine bay it wouldnt be as bad. I am going to get a close to stock red w/ some pearls and metallics in it when i repaint this summer. It will be alot easier than a color change and will still look like a descent job w/out painting engine bay/door jams/ect...
