a V8. :P jk man
I think you should be able to hit that without getting a different turbo or intercooler. You'll want to do exhaust, maybe suspension and tires, ported wastegate, a better flowing exhaust manifold would help a lot, and you'd need a fuel cut defender and or an SAFC unit or even a standalone ECU. There are a lot of ways to go and I'm not familiar with the specifics, but those are some general directions to start looking. Also, weight loss. Pulling stuff you really don't need or at least won't miss too much.

Get a turbo back, intake, fuel pump, bigger injectors and a stand alone with a good dyno tune, up the boost (goes without saying) and you say your ported so that should easily put you deep into the 13's. of course you should also be focusing on a good wheel/tire combination.

I made a tread about this, the other day. Someone told me hopes and prays can help me to reach that goal. Maybe you should try that. It didn't work for me, But it might work for you. Hope this helps.

you want to get into the low 13's? get a better driver in it when you go to the track.
When did you port/rebuild your motor? what other mods?

no, the SAFC controls the fuel flow. You still need the AFM to send the air signal to the ECU.
The tial wastegate will be useless unless you get an aftermarket turbo with a separate wastegate (remember our cars have internal wastegates) or you modify your stock turbo in order for the TIAL to work (which isn't very cost effective IMO.)
