What Is The BAC Valve?

Don't let the name confuse you...he has an FC from what I remember...
The Bypass Air Control Valve is mounted to the throttle body on the driver's side and has a two conductor plug going to it (green) and two ~3/8" coolant hoses (one front & rear) to keep the solenoid at a constant temperature (per FSM). It is a linear pulse solenoid that varies the air bypass opening to account for engine load (i.e. power steering, A/C, hot start up idle up, etc.)
On the other hand, the Air Bypass Solenoid is different, and mounted to the right and when on takes the RPM's to 3000 at start up under certain temps. (and in neutral).
