Considering that JSpec Auto doesn't offer a warranty with any of their rotaries, i'd stay away as well. I'd atleast want a warranty to last long enough to tear the engine apart or get it started up.
With that said, when i was doing a lot of work on MKI MR2's i was a frequent on MR2OC and they LOVED http://www.jarcoinc.com/inventory/ . Last i heard, you would even sometimes get a video of the car running and driving around the lot in Japan before they pull the motor or chop the front off.

Jspec screwed me too they sent me a bad motor and didnt do **** about it they first sent me the wrong motor I asked for a S5 they sent me S4 then it took me 1 more month on top of the 2 I already waited to get that one. And installed it and bam the whole inside was trashed rust everything on top of that the tranny was shot tail shaft and things where broke. Stay away from them and Engine Land Inc thats the ppl that ship them there motors.
