Weird Idle? long time no problems

alright well, been so long since i've posted a help thread, lol.. you guys miss me?!? but really tho, i have a weird idle problem, my car wont idle unless i warm it up manually for 3 or 4 minutes.. then the idle will jump between 900 and 1100 revs... ive checked for vac leaks many times, checked and rechecked the TPS, and also the BAC... but im not 100% sure ive checked and/or adjusted them correctly... im wanting to bet it's the TPS, but i cant be 100% sure without the expert opinions... and also i was wondering if the AFM could be part of the problem, my stock AFM (87 n/a) stopped working randomly one night, so i replaced it with a spare (87 TII) AFM i had.. it still has the stock seal, so could this be part or the whole problem?

as always, thanks

Check timing
Check TPS
Follow Vacuum leak guide in the archives, just for the hell of elimination.

No more bs idle. done and done.

An often overlooked part componet to a fluctuatating Idle...have you checked the tension on your Throttle Cable? It may not be It but you may want to check the deflection as per FSM, I think It's 3mm of play.
