Normally should be a vaccum leak somewhere or idk if your pressure sensor could cause that to happen.

Could it be related to my TPS by any chance?

Yes, it could.

How did you check for vacuum leaks?

Because I'm pretty sure I got a bad TPS, I can't floor the gas pedal or my car bogs down, so I have to ease on the gas.

That could also be indication of a bad AFM. Check to see if the plunger moves smoothly. It seems that it's more of a problem with S4's with the flapper door, but the S5 works on the same principle.

You say that these things checked out, but how are you checking them? How are you searching for vacuum leaks, checking the TPS, how did you check the AFM?

Pull Codes-See if you have issues with the MOP and limp mode.

The idle surging is likely TPS adjustment.
