Weigt of tranny and cheap freight

Does anyone know the weight of the S4 TII tranny and also the LSD not including the pumpkin? I was looking for cheaper freight options also since R&L's quote of shipping a tranny is nearly as much as shipping a shortblock.

I've only used centralfreight.com once and they had reasonable rates for a long block and delivered fast.
