Question Weight of RX-7

Any one really took the RX-7 to weight? I want to know the exact weight of a 88 GXL 2+2. I got a G-Tech Pro, and need the weight to calculate the Horse Power. My friend told me that the weight sticker(on the driver door side) is not the right weight, isn't that true? Also, how to calculate the weight if the front weight and rear weight is given(not just add up two number). Thanks!

the one on the door is a max fully loaded weight.

I'd guess around 2800lbs for yours. don't forget to add the weight of the people in the car.

The GVW (Gross Vehicle Weight) is in the owners manual.

go to a weigh station or dump and just weigh your car for an accurate weight

I'll second Scott89T2.
I have an '86 GXL 2+2.
It weighs 2800 lbs with a 1/2 tank of fuel.
Add your own weight to that for the G-Tech input.
