Check the weep hole under the "snout" to see signs of coolant leak.
If there is signs of coolant, the water pump bearing / seal is no good.

Where is the weep hole on this pic?

A guy above said he would send me a pulley, I am waiting for his response to my PM.

Thanks for everyone's help thus far.

the weep hole is behind your pulley, when mine went out it leaked down the pass side of the front cover.

Update, I think the seal and bearing are straight.

A: From the video you can see, it's not too loose or really tight.

B: There were still pieces of debree from the pulley grinding on the waterpump itself all around the weep hole and basically over the entire water pump leading be to think that no coolant spilled out at all.

What do you all think?

Yeah, well I don't want to try and start it up without a pulley on the ole water pump, know what I mean?

Sorry for all the typos, I'm not used to this laptop keyboard yet.

True, but not knowing the age of the pump, it could be from years of use. Only one way to find out, and I will when I get a pulley.

EDIT- No I will not sell the rims, hahaha, but nice

Honestly, a new water pump is about $30, so just replace it. If it isn't dead now, it will be soon.
