Wastegate Porting?

trying to porting my wastegate is anyone have pics of porting out wastegate??

I have a few pics of when I ported my S5 wastegate as well, not as in depth though

If you have a S4, its the same thing only you will have only 1 wastegate hole instead of 2. Port it as large as the flapper, but not so large that the flapper can get stuck in it. You can also have a larger flapper welded on to allow for a larger port.

i was going to port the wastegate on my S4 but i couldn't get the exhaust housing off. so i just skipped it. it would have been easier then, as i was swapping motors.

They housings were stuck on mine. I got a Jspec sitting in my garage right now. I had to use a rubber mallet and tapped the sides to get them off.
