Wastegate flapper, exhaust turbine housing
Early this winter I'm going to pull my S4 turbo for porting (both the wastegate and inlet runners).
First question: Has anyone had a larger flapper door put onto the stock arm, then port the living hell out of the wastegate hole?
Second: I have a S5 turbo lying around and I tried to get the compressor housing off, but it didn't want to go. Is it the same deal on the exhaust side? Basicly, how in the hell do you get it apart. I removed the bolts but it (compressor side) still didn't want to budge. I could spin it around though.
Thanks.

You can put a larger flapper in, but the '89-91 turbine housing is still *way* better. I'd start with that.
As far as removing the compressor housing, there's just 6 bolts holding it to the center section. Once they're off, just tap it with a hammer and it will come right off.
The turbine housing is easier. Two of the bolts hit the center section as you loosen them, and will push the turbine housing off of the center section.
