Warmup and Idle probs!?!?!?
#26
One more thing, I finally found a way to get my idle down to 750, or whatever is needed. If I put it in 5th and hold the brake down and slowly let off the clutch, I can eventually get it past the 1450 mark, although something is fighting me. Once I get it past 1450 I can than lower it to 750. If I threw a timing light on while doing all of this, would I get an accurate reading, if so, then I found a way to check my timing! Let me know.

You can try the BAC valve , thermo wax ect... I removed all of my emissions crap and now my car does the same thing as yours with the bouncing idle. as soon as I turn on my AC or clock my steering wheel all the way it stablizes @ 2k so Im pretty sure it is not a Vac leak installed new everything.. but as with you I also am open for suggestions.
