Viper alarm 310v problem
Hello, I got a viper alarm in my RX-7 FC, Alarm is setting itself off, I can't do anything to stop it, nor that I can start the car. My car as been stucked in a parking lot for 2 days.
I've tried everything, my controler doesn't work, the valet switch doesn't stop it, I've disconnect the battery for the whole day, tried to put it in valet mode as stated in the owner's manual, nothing works. My car battery as enough voltage, I tought it could be the controler, but the 2 I got don't work, and the valet switch neither. I tried to unplug the alarm unit, to unplug part of it, everything fail.
I don't know what to do, it is overly frustrating. I just want to know how to bypass it, if anyone ever had this problem. As soon as I start the car, I am getting the alarm uninstalled professionally and I buy another one for a more reliable unit.
So is there anyone out here that can help me.

We need more information. S4 and S5 both had factory alarms. S4 was a separate unit, i believe located under the dash near the glove box. S5 alarm is integrated into the CPU at the driver kick panel.
But this is all assumptive on my part. Are you saying your Viper is setting itself off or the OEM alarm is setting itself off?
I am far from an electrical expert, but I have installed my own Clifford alarm in two different S5 verts. Most every alarm is made by DEI, which IIRC Viper is also. Your problems are most likely not the reliability of the alarm, DEI makes good stuff. I know enough to know that there are many things that can go wrong with an alarm install. My best advice is that we need more information.
Is the aftermarket alarm siren going off? The factory alarm horn going off? More information is needed.

It is an S4, the aftermarket siren is going off. when it does, its like my battery is completely down, no light in dash, nothing happen when I turn the key. The fuel pump doesn't pump fuel when it happen.
At first I taught it was my battery lacking energy, but even if I boosted the car, nothing happened.
Last time it happened, I unplugged the negative battery the next morning (after the car was towed to my parents house), cleaned the connection, re-installed everything, opened the electrical kill switch (I got one located under the hood that blocks everything that goes out of the battery), and the car started after I pushed once on the lock/unlock button.
Now this doesn't work.
Every time it happens the fuel pump doesn't turn on.
