Former Moderator. RIP Icemark.
nothing to see (video being optimized), maybe a description of the problem since you can't see any video (of course a description of the problem should be manditory in the first place in both the title and the post)

To ICEMARK: In his first post it was an issue with his dash lights coming on when the key was to on. And if I remember right the headlights don't work normal. I sorta made a hash of that post. I've forgotten if the engine started or not. I think maybe no.

sounds like timing is off on the CAS, but i dont really know what im talking about, just trying to throw some ideas out there, also sounded like theres no spark, so maybe a ground somewhere fell off, battery and starter are obviously good, hopefully someone who knows more will help, im just guessing

"No power, no power but everything is lit up". I'm missing something here. Define "no power".
To me, it sounds like the engine is firing some, meaning the coils and plugs are working.
I can't see in the video, but does the tach needle move just a hair when you are trying to start the engine?
Have you tried to disconnect the fuel pump and then spray starter fluid in the air filter for about two seconds, then try to start the engine? Give it a try.

Hey, In the video hailers... the engine is turning over, but the dash lights and the aftermarket tach flickering... The tach needles do move when the engine is turning over too. There is definetly something wrong, and that whole system that is flashing is one system i believe, controlled by a 30 amp fuse?
Edit: Just watched the video again, and it seems like the whole electrical system is fluctuating on and off. Check your main engine fuses, connections to the engine fuses, battery terminals... Get your multimeter check check!

I don't tie dash lights flickering with the motor not starting. I think there is a problem there either with the light switch and or its harness. They are fed off the 60amp BTN fuse in the engine compartment, then to the Illumination fuse to the light switch.
The engine seems to have compression. Sorry, it sounds flooded, that's why I suggest starter fluid WITH the fuel pump connector disconneted. Don't substitute pulling EGI COMP and EGI INJ for pulling the pumps plug apart. It's under the left rear strut tower.
There's also a question. Has the cas been moved since the last time this engine ran?

Sounded as if it had a bad ground to me. Everytime it would have sparked when you were turning it over it seemed as though the power on everything would flicker off, as if you were lacking a good ground. Check the ground from the battery and the ground that is supposed to attach to the back of the starter bolt (big metal piece that has a bolt hole in it and wires running to it). just a couple thoughts.

dont know why it wont start, but its definately wiring, could be flooded, but id say wiring. all else fails, take everything out, and rewire/reground everything, makes a difference.

Are you trying to start the car with the lights on?
It seems like a wiring problem to me. If you aren't trying to start with the lights on then none of them should light up.
I would start by double checking all of the wiring for the lights/fuel system. I think maybe a couple of them got switched while you were wiring in your boost controller/fuel controller/gauges/etc.
While double checking stuff really check it with a DVOM. Just because you are pretty sure that the wiring is right doesn't always mean it is.
I really think something is wired backwards because the lights shouldn't flicker like that when you are trying to start the car with the headlights off.

The dahs lights will be on if the head lights are on and the key is off. Now, if you don't have that light switch on (and including the other weird flickering lights) I'd say you have a short somewhere on the chasis harness, probably somewhere behind the guage cluster. This should not have anything to do with starting though, unless its a really bad short that's sending weird signals around...but that should probably blow a fuse.
