S4 Boost Sensor has 4 wires while an S5 has 3. S4 sensor requires a 12volt swiched voltage in addition to the vref signal but the S5 counterpart does not need the switched 12 volts. Car should start though w/o the sensor hooked up but if it were shorting the vref signal then perhaps it would not.

i can get the car to start, but it takes a few times to get it to catch. when it does, it runs very very rich. i have to keep my foot on the gas to keep it running and when i let off it dies. then it takes forever to get it started again. it runs very poorly below 3000 rpms and runs a little better above 3000 rpms. below is a list of things that i think it could be:
bad fuel pump
incorrect boost sensor
fuel injector wire harnesses on the wrong injectors
fuel pressure regulator
i dont know for sure that the above items are even a possibility but i listed them because they all have something to do with fuel maps

Many things could be going wrong, and are (well yeah). Obviously, don't bother with that weak crank. Let the battery charge. Double check your CAS is lined up properly. Make the the air flow meter is wired correct and reading correct. The fuel pump will not run without the AFM working. The car may catch and die immediately if that is the case.
edit:
oops, didn't watch entire video before I posted. CAS looks ok
