Vert Owners - Seat Cover supplier found
Good news convertible owners, leatherseats.com finally has a pattern to work from. So they're now taking orders for factory replica seat covers. E-mail eric for now until they update their website.
Here's some details including 2-tone, perforated, and embroidering options. Also quality, fit & finish, & stiching details.
I've asked for pictures as well.

But do they make the seat covers without the lame head rest speakers head rest, and the standard head rest instead.
Then you could use them in any GXL as well as the non-head rest speaker equppied 'verts.

Scalliwag ?? Do share. These are direct leather replacements, not neoprene or pleather / vinyl.
The main thing is it's much cheaper than a leathershop can do, you get the same quality, and 2-tone & embroidering options (well no logos obviously).

good to hear, I was about to drop some 1991 miata seats in to replace my aging rx seats. I have a question though, how would I go about wiring a SE to use the headrest speaker? Do I need the OEM radio/CD player? And does anyone have a write up on doing this?
