There is a recent sticky in the FD section about them, so I would say there must still be an issue.
Why do people even screw with intermediate injector sizes? I can understand those who want to run 680 and 720 for their RTEC or SAFC because of their limits. But if you look, a set of 800, 850, 1000, 1300, or whatever injectors are going to run $125-200 per set if you get them new, and you can't be sure of what you are getting unless you have them flowed because they are aftermarket modified stock injectors.
You can pick up 2 brand new 1600cc ford/chrysler injectors on ebay for as low as 50 bucks each, and have more room to grow later. And if your computer setup can tune 1000's it should be able to tune 1600's too. And yes, 1600s fit the stock rail with slight modification to the injectors...I am running them in my car.
550 primaries and 1600 secondaries is fuel for 400 at the wheels or so, so that's the last fuel system you'd ever have to do for most people with FCs. Plus you are not giving up any driveability by changing the primaries.

IIRC, there was a sticky up rescently with a link to a Supra forum. Apparently those guys had a lot of problems and Venom didnt care to resolve them. Look around and see if you can find the sticky.
