the FSM has some pretty handy schematics too..

in fact, pictures are pretty useless because you need about 3 pictures for each induvidual line for routing and it is pretty crammed in there to see even what is going on. the FSM schematic is actually about as helpful as you will find in this regard. would be nice if someone colored it like the FD guys have, but it also isn't nearly as complicated.

Thanks . My car has a hks bov and Turbo x's dual stage manual boost controller. Now my problem is that my bov isn't fluttering like it one did ... is it possible my bov is shot?

try a different vac source for the bov. if that doesnt work then perhaps it is. if you dont mind my asking is it a legit hks bov or a cheap ebay "hks" one?

What do you mean by "fluttering"? Releasing air?? Is it an adjustable BOV?... Perhaps the spring is too tight.

the BOV isn't supposed to flutter, that is a surge condition which is the WHOLE point of having a blow off valve in the first place. ricers add them for attention getters, the rest of us don't even run blow off valves anymore because they're a waste of money, space and unecessary failure point.
