vac rack question...
I have read multiple threads on bare blocks and vac rack removal, but I am still not certain on how to do it.
Right now is the best time to do it, I have a brand new mazda reman that I am puttin everything back onto.
If you could help me out with what I have to hook up where, that would be great.
Here is what it will have...
1) No OMP/Oil Injectors
2) No Airpump
3) No A/C
4) No Power Steering
5) Twin Scroll is Removed
6) ACV is gone
7) EGR is gone
8) BAC is gone
9) TB mod is done
Is there anything else I can remove?
Now, with the all that gone... I understand I don't need the vac rack at all, does that include all those little metal hardlines?
This is where I am not sure what to cap, what to put lines to, etc.... I have gathered this so far...
1) Vacuum line from FPR to nipple on inside of LIM pointing towards firewall at a slight angle
2) Vacuum line from boost sensor to top nipple on UIM
3) Vacuum line from bottom nipple on UIM to nipple between injectors?
4) Vacuum line from BOV to nipple under bac
Do I need any other vacuum lines?
Where do I put the fuel lines?
What do I cap?
I will be doing this project tomorrow and it is getting late, so if you could help me out, that would be excellent!

Thanks for that... here's what I understand from the bottom picture...
1) Vacuum line from nipple under bac, tee'd to the pressure sensor and the BOV
2) Vacuum line from FPR to nipple on inside of LIM pointing towards firewall at a slight angle
3) Vacuum line from nipple on UIM facing firewall to the secondary injectors (is the nipple around the injectors??)
4) Vacuum line from nipple on UIM facing firewall to the primary injectors (is the nipple around the injectors??)
I don't have the Oil injectors so I don't need that vacuum line, and I believe the switching actuator is part of the twin scroll system, so I don't need that.
5) Run fuel line from fuel filter to primary fuel rail, then fuel line from there to the secondary fuel rail.
6) Run fuel line from the secondary fuel rail to the fuel return line.
7) Put a breather filter on the top oil filler neck nipple
8) Cap everything else?
Is this all right?
