are you gonna make a shroud to cover rest of the radiator??
or some kind of cover...their is quite a bit of room the fans dont cover...
but you did say they flow quite a bit of air though...*shrug*

If you were to shroud the entire radiator, you then imposs a risetriction to the air flow through the raditor when the vehical is at speed. The way they are setup now will be plenty of air to keep the car cool when there is insufficient air flow from vehical speed to keep the engine cool.

yeah, your work so far has been the worst hackjob **** I've ever seen. I can just imagine how you're going to mangle that hood.

LOL I'm jk :P you're doing good. I'll give you an internet buck if you give me the exact dimensions of the piece of aluminum you used for the undertray are. I was just going to copy the stock one but if there's anything that is preventing me from doing that please lmk!

I just meant that I feel that it would be easier to start with a hood with no scoop than cutting into a hood that has a scoop allready, I think it would look weird!

^^^ if you start with rough peice of 40"x33" you will be able to make the under tray... but get a bunch of card board, you will need to scribe the frame rails the cross member and the bumper skin.... you will the need to make six brakets (3 for each side) and then weld them to the sides of the under tray...... You will then need to make a filler panle to go between the radiator and the undertray to prevent the air from rushing uinder neith the radiator...

Update

Here are the updates for those that are watching the thread!

Cat being fitted with V-Bands for easy removal/install:

My t3h s3Xaay new Downpipe with 2 o2 bungs for my NB and WB o2 sensors:

Catback. Former RB peice, but the 2 and 1/4 Y-join was removed and opened to 3 inches:

Made a command decision to cut the bumper skin to assist in getting air over the VMount:

Hole through the bumper support. Also not picured are the holes through the supporting foam. I hate to take out my supports and foam!

My Stance coilovers arrived, so I slapped those beeaches in!

How it looked yesterday night:

Starting the hood scoop!

Got foam?

And how it looks right now:

Should be done soon! Gotta give props again, and as usual, to Ryan for his uber 1337 ninja fab skills!

Very well thought out. I know everyone is saying good job and stuff. When I see things well planed out and all prospects took into consideration I see a very well designed application. You are lucky to have someone like Ryan to do so good. Really A+ work.

got a question for you. Why do you need 2 02 bungs if you have a stand alone?

why do you want closed loop mode using a narrowband O2?

yeah, the wideband should have a simulated 0-1 or 0-5v output to use for the closed loop in the haltech.

the wideband does both... why even use a junk narrowband sensor?

AS far as the wideband goes, I run an LM-1. Yes, its true that it does have a simulated NB output, but its too damn big to permanently install in the car. So I ran a NB so I could use the Haltechs closed loop mode. Too bad I have never used it..
