More progress!!!
Here is the water neck. It has been shortened and retapped for my gauge. Before people jump on me for the location of the sender, I am already aware of the drawbacks.

We shall see! I think the temps will be quite manageable. I am only concerned about idle temps, but those twin fans pull 2500 CFM, so i will probably be okay.
Car made 350 rwhp on a hybrid and stock mani, so we are thinking 400 isnt out of the question. Dont know how long the motor will tolerate that power level, but hey! Its all about the fun!

Ok, I'm completely confused on this setup now. Creating 2 pressure zones does seem like a good idea, this would allow both radiators to get cool, fresh air. But, beyond the idea, I don't understand the design.
In you last post, you show pictures of an undertray, which is completely blocking the air under the radiator. If I understand that correctly, air is supposed to come in the front, then down through the radiator. If there's a big undertray there, that's not going to happen, the air is just going to go over the rad. Also, why are the fans on top of the radiator? I'd guess to keep them safe from the road, but pusher fans are never as efficient as pullers. Also, like it was said before, the pressure zone under the car changes with speed. Especially if you lower the car and have a lip. That lip is made specifically to make a high pressure zone, that could completely kill any flow through the rad.
Having said all that, you are right when you say this is all speculation until you get it on the road. I love to see all these different v-mount setups. Keep it up!

Would it be a good idea to cut a few small slits in the underbelly pan to allow standing water to evacuate?

I've been reading your post for some time and I have a few questions. How much are you buying your aluminum and what is it 4045 at 40 thousands of an inch is my guess. Also why don't you eliminate your belt system? Get a small motor for your alternator and have no draw off your motor. Anyway looks great I'm thinking about doing this as well, looking forward to your next post.

Were you able to seal outside elements with the under tray? Such as most dirt and water from being splashed inside the bay.
I need to design mine to seal all locations and use vacuum slits to pull air out of the bay. Want to keep inside clean.

The aluminium sheet is 6061 at .063" thick. A 4'x10'shet right now is $125 after taxxes.

Yeah, we are guessing by mid to end of the week, we should be wrapping it up. I dont know when I can get it to the dyno, but most likely next week will work.
