forced inducted fd dude

so im getting my first rx-7 86 13b non turbo for $400, has a clean shell ,shitty in the inside but heres the issue when i started the car it SMOKES up nothing but white smoke, can it be the seals? i want to rebuild the motor but idk how much, where, or if i should do it myself. idk you should know where im going with this, and just to let you all know ill be modding as a project car so ill be posting up pix

Yup, sounds like coolant seals being shot. Do a test (found by searching) to see if they really are.
