Two Questions(Radiator Air Pump)

Where are the drain plug(s) located on the double row radiator(s) like on my 89 GTUs. I have searched this up but everytime I click on the thread I get a "Website not responding" prompt and it is getting really annoying. My other question is on the 89 air pump, is it just a hose that goes from the pump to the exhaust, or is there another part that goes in between. When I bought my FC the pump was stripped so I need it now to get it legal, I just need this tube from the pump to the exhaust everything else is hook't up. Please respond ASAP the 90 late period is coming up and I need this thing legal before then. Thanks in advance.

It's dark outside so I can't be bothered checking (sorry) but the pic in the FSM shows it on the bottom of the bottom radiator tank, around the middle.

The air pump goes to the air control valve, which feeds air to the split air pipe via the intake manifold. The split air pipe goes to the cat. But I have heard of guys connecting the air pump directly to the split air pipe and passing emission tests.

What is the FSM? Thanks for the info. On the air pump I meant do I just connect a hose from the pump to the air check valve? I thought that is what I had to do but I wasn't sure...let me know. I have until Monday for these replies to help b/c that damn 90 late fee of $75 is creeping up........

Thanks,

ahh FSM, Factory Service Manual I see, I'll have to get me one, the Haynes just doesn't have some things in it, especially for the Turbo II.
