twin scroll removal/manifold porting

Ok, I have ported my turbo manifold and I am ready to remove the twin scroll flap. How do you get this thing out of there? Does it just pull out, or do you need to cut it out?

Here is a pic of the manifold. As you can see here, I didn't go extreme at all. I simply brought both ports out to the edge of the gasket, and widened the walls just a little. In the middle, I just rounded the bridge and smoothed the walls. I usually error on the side of caution and didn't want to go to thin in the middle. I may go a little bigger with the ports but I think I'm done.

Get a Dremel and cut it off. You won't be needing it again.

Thanks guys, I got it off. Nice pics, I am considering putting the egt gauge on the exhaust manifold as well.
