Twin scroll on a hybrid turbo

well I am having a hybrid turbo built, Should I remove twin scroll from my manifold. The hybrid turbo is a t04b with a 360 thrust bearing and clipped wheel.

Thanks!

ugh, Sonic im sure you know way more then me but now im confused. Ive been doing reading (I know I should stop that.) and I think if I leave twin-scroll I will have better all around feel, and if I take it away better up-top. And if I port-match my turbo I will have better up-top and way laggy Downlow? mainly the car gets auto-x'd so I am befuddled!

Thanks

I'm not a turbo engineer or anything else other than a fellow 7 enthusiast, what I can tell you is that most people/ companies ditch the twin scroll when upgrading to hybrids. My BNR has the ports matched and the twin scroll removed and it hits as early as the stock unit and keeps up for as long as i need it.

Just my limited input.

Theirs that little port that is real rough looking off of the main ports coming from the block on the exhaust manifold. When removing twin scroll should I grind that down?

Thanks

If you can get a hold of a s5 t2 manifold and s5 t2 hybrid, that is best

The twin scroll system only closes the flap under 2700 RPM to decrease spool time at low loads. Most people can't tell the difference because the car doesn't start to really build pressure until around 3200 RPM. If you're autoxing, I'm going to guess you don't spend much time under 3k, so it shouldn't hurt you at all. Plus, porting the second, smaller runner to match the bigger one will increase max exhaust flow slightly.
