Twin Scroll Actuator help

Just curious, I got rid of the rats nest and ran a vacuum line straight to manifold vacuum and deleted the solenoid, will this cause any problems?

Only asking because I am trying to find out why my car will free rev in neutral until I start driving and a few minutes down the road if I try to boost it only boost until about 3800(feels like maybe secondary injectors are not online) or if I free rev it, it only goes to about 5k rpm and stops revving.

Twin scroll will help with low load/rpm into higher load/rpm turbo operation; it helps with smoothness and lag. Whatever is going on has nothing to do with the twin scroll.

Free reving does not cause the secondary injectors to work because the engine requires load in addition to breaching the 3800 rpm level. If you pull the hose off of the Boost Sensor and unplug your TPS that will trick the car into believing it is under load so if you free rev above 3800 rpm this time then the secondaries will be activated. This makes diagnosing the problem so much easier to accomplish.
