Turboing a Non-Turbo
My question goes out to the community in hopes that someone will be able to help me out here. I have recently purchased a '91 FC shell and I am in the process of building up an Engine from a Nissan 300zx (or VG30DETT as you may know it by) to mount in come Spring time. My question comes from the fact that I love this car so much that I couldn't wait until Spring to get it in so I bought a non-Turbo 13b and want to know what I would need to Turbo it (besides the turbo obviously ) I just wanna get her running and out on the road before I have to strip her down and start the build. If you need any more information that could help answer my questiont than by all means contact me. Thanks guys

this is a very tedious process, that will cause many headaches, it has been done, but ur best bet is to get a turbo engine and swap it in. search for differences between 13b and 13bt. there are things like 4 port v. 6 port, compression differences, and a whole lot more. good luck with whatever you decide to go with

Please read the FAQ for FC sticky thread before posting. It covers many of the commonly asked questions (such as the one this thread was started with).
And then as too your other bizzare idea:
