TurboII Low RPM Stumble Till 3800.

So im plagued with this issue again.
S4 TII, emissions removed except BAC and Thermo.

on my home from work yesterday, i noticed the car started hesitating slightly while holding 60mph at 3k.

as of now. No matter how much throttle i give it, the car will stumble really hard like its running on one rotor but as soon as it hits around 3600 to 3800 it runs fine.

The last time i had this issue, i ended up stripping the car down to the block and unwrapped my harness, fixed a couple questionable wires, replaced the fuel filter, replaced LIM and UIM gasket, turbo manifold to block gasket, re torqued all manifold nuts and re calibrated my TPS for extra measure.

Put it all back together and car started back up nice and smooth and has been since for the past couple months. But now its back....

Get your primary fuel injectors flow tested. They may need to be professionally cleaned. (http://www.witchhunter.com)

Also... Check for a clogged catalytic converter.

SMH lol

I just redid the TPS and 80% of the issue is gone.
Idle 1.022ohm WOT 5.325ohm

Still has a slight hesitation going from partial to WOT.

Full Exhaust. No cat.
Injectors rebuilt and flow tested by Doctor Injector.

Are you expecting instant torque or something?

I have a similar problem. I have the Racing Beat rev tii exhaust and they recommend buying a fuel cut defenser. The ecu reads that you have more boost than is safe for the car and cuts fuel to the rear rotor, but the defenser tells the ecu that you aren't going above factory boost and the fuel cut shouldn't happen. However it still happens on my TII even with the defenser...

Assuming you have everytging hooked up fine maybe a faulty fcd. How many lbs are you up to now with your setup? If on stock fuel system its possible your maxing the injectors out. From the numbers ove seen 10lbs is doable but is about its limit.

Dude ,seriously.. get your facts right before posting!
Fuel cut is something completely different then this

My first guess is primary injector failure, wether they are rebuilt or not, get them checked again!

Edit.. didnt read your last post on the solution! Guess i was still right though

Perhaps you should get a refund from Doctor Injector?... Unless you didn't install them immediately and let them sit out for a while.

Dude, give me a break. His problem sounded like the problem I might be having. I was wrong about the reason.

I'd check the primary injector connections.
I had similar issues and one connector wasn't "quite on there".
