Turbo Water Feed/Drain Locations
#5
Coolant comes in from the lower intake manifold, and drains into the bottom of the waterpump housing.
Oil comes into the turbo from a spot on the top, front of the engine behind the CAI, and drains into the front cover.

Rebuilding my S5 NA with S4/S5 NA/TII parts in preporation for the best possible NA Turbo install... don't have the lines, don't need the lines for a while. I just want to know where everything goes.

TII and N/A rotor housings differ in that TII housings have a water passage, which flows through the manifold and then through the turbo. You'll need to deal with that either by using a TII rotor housing and blocking the water passage off at the (TII) LIM, or using an N/A rotor housing and manifold and tapping for water later. IIRC, the TII front cover is the only one that has the fitting for the oil return, but both TII and N/A front housings have the oil feed fittings.

Where is the oil feed fitting on the N/A front cover??
As per the water feed/drain, I'm thinking to use the coolant passages that the BAC uses (rear housing to the waterpump). Just tap the inside of the nipples, and put a plug in them; then if/when I decide to throw a turbo on it, all I have to do is unplug the passages, and run some lines.
