CA Turbo Upgrade Project!!! Any side advice???

History:
S4 turbo. 116 original. 6k on rebuilt. stock ports. new seals, belts, rings, hoses.

Im upgrading my turbo and fuel system within the next two weeks. i have a custom 3" downpipe and greddy midpipe. i just need a cat back setup n fuel system upgrade.
Im not planning on breaking 300hp but would like to be able to easily down the road. So i plan on getting rtek 1.7 to control my 720cc secondaries(stock 550cc prim.) Denso fuel pump from a fd. And a new fpr and fuel filter. im thinkin this is all ill need to support the stock turbo with full exhaust. After that ill probably end up throwin a T04b hybrid on. Goal: 35-70 hp gain.
Any other suggestions?

Im under the impression i wont even be gettin close to 300 w/o at least a street port. true??

I would suggest that you get 2 more 720cc injectors and the Rtek 1.8. This will make sure you have enough fuel to get you to your goal. According to Digital Tuning, the 1.7 allows you to safely max (12 psi) the STOCK turbo.

If you put on a hybrid turbo, I think you would exceed the fuel capabilities of the 550/720cc combo. The 720/720cc would give you a bit more overhead in the fuel system.

As far as your fuel pump, the FD pump would be ok, but I would suggest the Walbro 255lph pump as it flows more fuel.

Also, you should consider changing the stock TMIC for something better if you are going to be pushing a good amount of boost.

IF you've got some $$ though, I would go with the Rtek 2.1, as it is programmable. You have loads of adjustments you can make if you change your setup, and it would allow you to maximize your power potential

Porting doesn't matter, cause you can always run a bigger turbo or more boost.
Porting just increases efficiency of the whole deal...

The stock turbo will limit you to about 230 at the wheels on a DynoJet.
If you want to hit 300 at the wheels, you'll definitely need a bigger turbo than stock.
