Turbo II Swap Questions

Hi,
I need some help with a Turbo II Swap with a JPEC Engine S5 Engine. Here are the details: I have a 1989 GXL RX7 NA. I bought a S5 Motor, transmission, ECU, Harness. I know is a S5 Motor because it has an electronic oil metering pump, plus I read some in this forum about other ways to tell if it is a s4 or s5 series motor. Alright, now my problem: I have 2 hoses that are part of the Turbo System which I don’t know where do they connect to, in addiction the BPV (by pass valve) is missing from the setup, so I don’t know how this will connect. I know I can get an aftermarket one, like HKS, or another brand, but I will still need to know how is connects to the setup. I have the Service Manual for my 89 NA RX7. There is one long hose attached to the Waste Gate Actuator which they plugged when they pulled the engine out, I need to know where this connects to, in the Service Manual they are showing this connected around the Turbo compressor housing, but two problems I see with: 1- There is already a hose connect to the Turbo compressor Housing, which by the way it is also plugged and I need to know where does this connects too as well, and 2- The house connect to the Waste Gate Actuator is to long to be connected to the Turbo Compressor Housing. I know as par of the Turbo Setup there is also a Boost Control Valve, which I need to know how this is connected also, I thing I have located it in the engine, by the power steering pump. I think will help me a lot if any of you guys can provide me with a basic diagram or picture of the Turbo II System and how everything connects. Thank you in advance for you help with this.
Tico.

Look in the fsm if you want to look up each vac line basically they are the same as most cars. your first questions about the stock by pass valve. it plubs into the TID pipe which is in between the turbo inlet and maf. there is a inlet right on the top of the wider side that a hose routed from the by pass valve feeds the intake to redirect the air back into the turbo. As for the waste gate actuator there is a hard line that is on the compressor housing(cold side of the turbo) and it plugs into that. That hard like goes to the outlet for the comrpressor housing just below where the air comes up to the intercooler. So basically you have a hose and you can bypass the hard line if you want and just take a vacuum line and plug it straight from the hard nipple that is turned right(toward drivers side of car) and connect it to the wastegate. Now as far as the boost sensor on the passangers side that line comes from the top nipple on the air control/bypass valve. Basicall it is feed from pressure in the intake manifold itself. It is not in line with the turbo or wastegate. Here is a link from the fsm
