the $1500 one sold before it had a chance to be uploaded to autotrader. i saw it in person at mazda heaven, and the guy told me someone was coming out to look at it (this was on tuesday). i had trouble finding their number so i could call because i was at work later than when they were open. by friday, the car was gone.
sad, but true story. don't let this happen to you!

I want to import an RX7 from the States (bring it to Canada), but there are so many jerkoffs who have their buddies (or themself) up the bid within the last few mins in an attempt to get more than they want for it. That really ticks me off. You can tell that they are doing that because the people that supposedly "wins the autcion" don't have a feedback and they have names that are somehow related to the seller (ie: a seller in NY, and the high bidder will be something like NewYorkBoy or something like that). Either this is true, or I'm just getting paranoid due to me being quite pissed off. Also, the sellers often offer me a second chance and buying their cars and they claim that the winner was a flake. I hate ebay now!

Yup, I have seen sellers do that alot on ebay. They will have their friends up the bid, then say that the high bidder flaked!

yea, i was gonna buy it. i was gonna split it in half with my friend. he was gonna get the engine/drivetrain, while i'd get a good conditioned rolling chassis. ah well, i don't have the funds to build the T2 engine i'd like.
