Turbo Engine Gasket Set Discontinued?
Does anyone know if the Turbo Engine Gasket Set part number 8DF4-100-271 has been discontinued by Mazda? My local Mazda dealer says that it has been. Mazdamotorsports shows an inventory level of 0 units.
Actually Mazdamotorsports shows the n/a gasket set as having 1 unit available and my local Mazda dealer says that it is not available in the local Toronto warehouse and they would have to get it from the US. I wouldn't worry so much, but I've run into this before with them and it can take as long as 3 months so I don't trust them.
Does anyone know what the scoop is? Thanks.

Jeff, go with Atkins, I bet it's still cheaper, and available. If it's only the intake gaskets, and stuff like that, Crappy Tire or even NAPA I think can get you a generic gasket set. The price $300 cdn comes to mind, and I think that included water seals.

Call Ray Crow at Malloy Mazda in VA . He can get anything and has great prices. Tell him Mark from CT told you to call and that you saw it on RX7club.com. He should be able to help
