This btw, is my Cherokee. This kinds shows some of my welding.... Built a new unibody frame in the back, boxed in the "bed" and 4 link rear end. Was my daily driver too until more computer issues. Now I'm tracking down a small block chevy and 700R4 transmission for it and 1 ton axles...

The tan was before it was finished hint the raw steel bed and such. The blue and silver is as it sits now.
None, I used SS .125 thick flat bars, and cut them to the desired angle, height and lenght (what a PITA), and then had a pro weld everything. I knew off the bat that the adapter was not the best flowing item, but it served its purpose

no one can say for sure if it will fit. you need to install everything into the engine bay to get correct fitment.

Well, I followed your advice and three everything together quickly to check my clearances. Everything looks good and I have about 4 inched between the turbo and the strut tower. Now im wondering about my exhaust downpipe. My turbo manifold seems to ouch the turbo forward a ways so im wondering if I will be able to get any typical aftermarket downpipe to work or will I have to build one?

The downpipe will have to be custom. There's a chinese downpipe on ebay that's v-band and may get you "close" but I doubt everything will go together perfectly.

yes, you need a basic V-band to fit your turbo. you can use most downpipes for a stock turbo, cut off the flange and weld in an extension piece to your turbo. it's fairly straightforward.

tack it in a few spots to make sure everything is fine before welding the bead.

Custom made downpipe. Local truck parts shop should have the vband clamp, vband flange, and steel elbows. Their prices arent bad, but in my experience, they dont sell ss piping and elbows.

Yea, nobody around me sells anything stainless and look at me funny when I ask them. My turbo is supposed to be 3.25" V band. Anyone know where they can get 3.25" piping? All I've ever seen is 3"
