Bleh, been covered before but since your a noob
Castrol GTX 20W50
OEM Filter
NGK Spark Plugs
Wires, well theres several out there, pick what you want
Set Timing (Timing Gun)
Set TPS (DMM)
Change Coolant
Fill W/Prestone Green Antifreeze And Distilled Water (50/50 mixture)
OEM Fuel Filter W/new fuel lines & clamps
Your a noob so I won't tell you to tackle changing vac hoses, fuel lines on the rails, getting injectors rebuilt, changing intake gaskets, and stuff like that unless your up to the task
