Trust mufflers for FC

Hey Folks...

I ended up with a set of Trust Mufflers from an '87 FC. I'm thinking about throwing them on my Turbo II, but haven't decided yet. I didn't get the Y-pipe, so I would order that from MazdaTrix. They are 60mm, which seems to be plenty for my daily driver. I already have a downpipe and will be adding a high-flow cat from RP at the same time.

I'm wondering if anyone has used this setup or has any info/specs about these mufflers. Also, can anyone tell me what the noise level will be like? I don't want a weed-whacker exhaust....

Or if anyone wants them, make me an offer...

My friend has a trust exhaust on his integra. Sounds really really nice. It sounds deep. In case u dint know, trust is greddy here in the states. I dont think they will sound like a crazy weed wacker. They will prob have a deep tone to them under normal driving. In WOT it will prob sound like a weed wacker that just got its tonsels removed

Thanks for the reply... Do you know how old the exhaust on your friends Intergra is?

The reason I ask is Trust makes 2 or 3 different lines with different flow (and sound obviously) characteristics. I'm thinking these mufflers I got are a couple of years old as I can't find info on them. The tips are very similar to stock, so I'm thinking this was before the louder is better craze hit.

Either way, 42 bucks at the Pick and Pull, so I can't really complain. I'll give them a shot and put them up for sale if I don't like the sound.

They are 2-1/2" or more likely 60mm or whatever that works out to be. And yes, it is the pair...

I'm probably going to throw them on in the next few days. If I don't like the sound, I'll be sure to put them up for sale on the forum and I'll shoot you a PM.
